Dr. Patricia McAnany, Kenan Eminent Professor in the Department of Anthropology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – “Anthropological Perspectives on Resilience and Climate Change Adaptation”

Dr. Patricia McAnany will discuss the conditions that have historically helped or hindered a community’s ability to adapt to changing climates over time, focusing on how lessons from the past may inform the ability of 21st century communities to adapt.
