Norma Doneghy Anderson, founder and president of the William Averette Anderson Fund (BAF) and a member of the Coastal Resilience Center (CRC) advisory board, speaks about how CRC and BAF are working to create a more diverse workforce in homeland security and STEM fields.

 

The mission of the CRC is to conduct research and education to enhance the resilience of the nation’s people, infrastructure, economies and the natural environment to the impacts of coastal hazards such as floods and hurricanes.
